Rules of use

• Pay the agreed amounts.
• Guest should respect check in and check out dates.
• Bringing furniture into the flat or carrying out alterations is not allowed.
• Guests should respect the approved number of guests .
• Hosting activity in the flat or using it for purposes other than those for which it was contracted is not allowed.

Use of accommodation:

The client is responsible for making the correct declaration of the number of people who will occupy the apartment, without omitting children, who can stay for free up to two years. The administration of the apartments can legally refuse to admit the entry of those undeclared persons.

Behavior:

Guests must behave in a civic manner and respecting the general rules of coexistence.

Any activity that negatively influences the stay, such as loud music, noise and parties will be a reason for the accommodation to be vacated immediately. Rest hours are established from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. every day of the week.

The guest undertakes to take care of the furnished apartment, being responsible for any damage or losses that occur in it.

Tourist Building Miss- Tic is not responsible for the personal belongings of guests.

Check in & Check out:

Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 12:00 a.m.

Guests should respect their Host’s check-in and check out window.

The non-compliance of the clients in some of the established prohibitions will empower the management to take the appropriate measures.

Prohibitions:

Guests are prohibited:

1.-Introduce furniture into the flat or carrying out any alterations.

2.-Accommodate a greater number of people than those corresponding to the maximum capacity set by the accommodation.

3.-Introduce explosive or flammable materials or substances or others that may cause damage or inconvenience to other guests in the apartments.

4.-Carry out any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime.

5.-It is forbidden to organize parties.

6.-Smoking is prohibited 🚭 inside the apartments.

Obligations of users Tourist Buildig Miss-Tic

– Observe the rules of safety, coexistence and hygiene.

– Comply with the norms contemplated in the internal regime.

-Respect the establishment, the equipment and its facilities.

-In relation to the payment of the price, this must be made by the client at the time of the reservation or occupation of the apartments.

Cleaning of the apartment:

The apartment will be delivered clean and tidy. The client undertakes to respect the order of the accommodation.

Thefts:

The Tourist Building Miss-tic It has a list of the equipment of each apartment. Between stays, a count of everything is carried out (towels, kitchenware, electrical appliances…). In case of noticing the lack of any element, the client will be notified and the pertinent complaint will be filed with the security forces.
